Orders can be placed online at www.altavoz.com. Before placing an order, you’ll need to create an account and request a username/password. To do this, click on the “sign-up/create an account” button in orange on the front page. Once you have an account, you’ll have access to our retailer dashboard where you can place, track and manage orders, and much more. It also allows us to save your shipping and billing information so that you don't need to enter it each time you return — simply log in and all your contact information is restored.
We do not sell, share or rent any information collected from Altavoz.com. Our website uses a third party for online transactions.
When you submit your payment information to us through our website it is sent to us through an encrypted email. That means that in the highly unlikely event that your order is intercepted no one else will be able to read your credit card information. However, if you prefer NOT to enter your payment information through our website, you can call us to give your payment information by phone at 301-95-MUSIC.
Terms of Sales
MAKING PURCHASES: If you purchase products or services from Altavoz, you will be asked to supply certain information including credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges, including shipping and handling charges incurred as a result of making an order and at the prices in effect when such charges are made.
PAYMENT: Altavoz accepts all major credit cards, business check, PayPal or electronic funds transfer as methods of payment. Full payment is due before the shipping date, unless the order is under terms. For more information on terms contact your Altavoz representative or fill out a credit application.
MINIMUM ORDERS: There are no minimum orders.
PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice. Retailers with an Altavoz account have access to our pricing list.
Returns are accepted on all product but vinyl.
For special collections, the return policy may be different. Check with your Altavoz representative if you have questions about a specific specialty product.
If the product is damaged beyond reasonable “wear and tear,” the product cannot be refunded. If there are elements from the original product that are missing, a return cannot be accepted.

We ship UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Altavoz will insure all shipments against loss or damage and accepts responsibility for replacing damaged merchandise as long as the retailer abides by the following terms:
Retailer agrees to inspect incoming shipments for any evidence of internal damage. In the event of a damaged shipment, retailer must make note of any damage on the shipping receipt paperwork presented by the shipper at the time of delivery and submit a damage report to Altavoz within two business days of receipt of shipment.
All incoming shipments must be inspected by the retailer. Retailer agrees to photograph any evidence of damage and retain all packaging for evidence of damage to be used in claim against shipper.
In the event that a damage claim is not submitted to Altavoz within the two day business window, or if procedure outlined above is not followed, Altavoz will assist with any claims, however the responsibility for pursuing a claim for reimbursement for damage of shipped merchandise will be the sole responsibility of the retailer.
Retailer acknowledges that payment for any and all merchandise which is signed for in good condition is due and payable to Altavoz according to the agreed upon payment terms, unless a written claim of damage is received within the two business day window outlined above, and all terms outlined above are followed.
Please Note: Shipping times do not include processing time (most in-stock items generally take 1-2 days to process). We are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Orders for multiple items may ship in one or more packages.
